ABOUT ME

I have over 12 years of wardrobe experience in the following roles: Wardrobe Supervisor, Assistant Wardrobe Supervisor, and Star Dresser. My current position is the Shoe Technician at Cique Du Soleil Beetles LOVE. My most recent supervisor position was the Wardrobe Supervisor for the 1st National Tour of Officer and a Gentleman the Musical.  In this role, I created notes and dresser tracks for all my local venue dressers.  I’ve been told by multiple cities, that my notes are the most organized they have seen.

Additionally, I have vast experience in repairing costumes.  Since beginning touring, 6 years ago, I have personally repaired all costumes.  Previously, I have also worked in a costume shop as well as an alteration shop.  This allowed me to fully learn to size and repair all manner of costume issue, including mid-show emergencies.  I’m now known for being able to install knee patches into costumes while making them look like they are part of the costume.  Also, I have shoe cobbling experience in rerubbering and repairing certain issues.  When I can’t repair items I know how to find local cobblers to fix them.

On the tour of Officer and a Gentleman the Muiscal, I manage 10 gondolas on deck and during load-in and load-out with 8 locals.  Out of my locals, seven are dressers with one laundry.  In the past I have been on bus and truck tours, one-nighter tours, split weeks, and week sits.  I’m very adaptable to whatever the tour needs.
